MoveIt Example Crashing

I was following the MoveIt tutorial in the, but it has not worked for me at all. Please find the error messages. Also the log attached.


I am using Ubuntu 16.04. And have not done any custom anything. I recently updated the Robot Software and is in the latest 5.3
