The info for the ports on the plate are published here: http://mfg.rethinkrobotics.com/intera/ClickSmart_Plate#Signal_Cable_Reference_Drawing_and_Pinout If you are using the manufacturing version, see this for how to configure it: http://mfg.rethinkrobotics.com/intera/End_Effectors_Panel If you are using the SDK version, you first have to reboot into the field service menu, and choose to boot into mfg.
