Jsabatka Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 Hi All, I tried rebooting my sawyer robot the other day and ran into an issue with Intera not booting properly. The computer will go through the initial boot process, but will not complete the process. I've attached a video for viewing purposes. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. tgeisler Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 After more troubleshooting today, we got the Intra to boot to the "closed eyes" screen. The eyes never opened up. We completed 2 of the MFG tests (checking and updating firmware). This ran fine but no luck fixing the issue. All computer hardware passes BIOS testing and seems to function properly. My concern: is there a peripheral device to the PC not connecting to intra or something of that nature causing the software to not finish initializing.
